Cons

Very fast growing company by the bad side. Unqualified middle tier managers, ego and power arguments, very arrogant people. The company itself is a total mess, at least the engineering department.

Very good product and many good people i am lucky to have both my direct manager and my vp quality both amazing people and true professionals and thats why im still here

Cons

very toxic environment people keeps shouting especially the release management function but not only. you see people with tears like on a monthly basis and no one seems to care. hard to be a QA engineer, you get to carry the blame for everything. outside of QA really lack of process for a company this size which makes the work really hard
