      Pros

      Dynamic start up with a can do attitude and huge appetite to conquer the market. Tackling the biggest challenges in computer science. Really great people and office. Working from home is a possibility, but most people attend the office daily simply because the atmosphere is fun. Very very promising future.

      Cons

      Very intensive, aggressive deadlines. You are expected to meet the deadlines, and punch in overtime when you don't. The deadlines are hard to meet.

Industry Recognition: our achievements have garnered recognition from peers, industry experts, and the wider community, which i think bring purpose to it all. The Human factor: it is a great felling being surrounded and part off a great team, I feel valued and inspired to contribute my best efforts to the journey of Vast.

      Working Remotely when most of R&D are in +7 time zone compare to me can be challenging at times.

      Not stopping for a moment , always running forward, acquiring new knowledge each day, facing with many different challenges and the people makes all the difference

      High risk management and doing prioritise of assignments on daily basis sometimes frustrating
