      Great company potential with longerm possible growth.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership will destroy the company from the inside out. Literally no HR; they don't pay comissions if you decide to leave. Lots of selling things not currently on the truck. Software features are sold on a futures basis Leadership doesn't respect family time; calls all times of the day and no days off. Leaders will call you on your vacation and scream at you if you don't answer.
