      Pros

      Great management that doesn't micromanage Competitive pay and benefits Great team to work with Tons of help if you need it A really solid HR

      Cons

      It's hard to find any but if I had to pick one, I would say more staff would be appreciated. I know that's kind of an issue everywhere though - so don't take it too deep.

      Pros

      Best company at buying other companies I've ever worked for. Wonderful team of very intelligent co-workers. More PTO than I know what to do with. Better than average documentation.

      Cons

      Management is ineffective at best, abusive at worst. No leaders, only bosses. Cult-like devotion to EOS, but only the lip-service version of it. They read some of the words at least. Any conversation with bosses regarding issues, bad metrics to follow, etc is generally met with termination or "this job isn't for everyone" instead of any reasonable discussion.
