      Pros

      VC3 gives employees the opportunity to use and explore new technologies while providing top-notch service to it's customers. As an employee, I didn't feel pigeon holed into just doing one technology or role. I was able to explore and make my own path while learning about everything!

      Cons

      The company is VERY fast paced. You will learn a lot but you will need to be able to keep up.
