      Pros

      I've had a fantastic experience working at this company. The culture is truly one of the best I've ever worked for. VC3 is supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented. Remote work has given me the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance. There is a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration even in a remote setting. My manager cares about my career development and helps me find ways to grow when I am not sure which path to take.

      Cons

      Not many. Pay is average for industry standards. Most leaders are receptive to feedback and make efforts to improve but there are a few who are resistant to change.

      Pros

      Very experienced managers and corporate leaders. Professional atmosphere and just about all employees work from home. Very inclusive work culture.

      Cons

      Metrics driven. Have to account for every minute of your day.

      Pros

      Excellent communication - both electronic and via video chat. Great inclusive culture that promotes asking questions and never making you feel silly.

      Cons

      Benefits are a bit limited and could be more encompassing
