Pros

Great team across the board generally speaking. Structured and regimented Large company with opportunities throughout the US and Canada

Cons

Leadership seems to be a bit off of the actual issues facing the company and clients Pay bands are 'industry average' makes it hard to earn what you are worth if you have years of experience Do not expect anything more than a cost of living raise

Pros

Strong Team Collaboration: The team is highly supportive, with a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and teamwork. Opportunities for Growth: There are opportunities for professional development through certifications, training, and skill-building projects. Flexible Work Environment: The remote work model provides a good work-life balance, allowing flexibility to work from home or the office if you're near one. Leadership Support: Management is approachable and actively supports career growth and personal development. Focus on Process Improvement: A strong emphasis on continuous improvement ensures the team is always evolving and enhancing efficiency. Client-Centric Approach: The organization prioritizes delivering excellent service and building strong relationships with clients. Access to Cutting-Edge Tools: The company invests in modern tools to streamline work processes. Commitment to Core Values: The culture is rooted in core values that promote teamwork, accountability, and serving clients effectively. Recognition and Appreciation: Hard work and achievements are recognized and appreciated, fostering motivation and morale. Engaging Company Culture: Regular events, such as team huddles and virtual gatherings, help maintain team engagement and a sense of community.

Cons

Compensation Could Be More Competitive: Pay may not be on par with industry standards, though they say that they researched it and it is. I think this prompts some employees to seek better opportunities elsewhere. Shift in Strategic Direction: The company's recent focus on offshoring has raised my concerns about maintaining service quality and effective team collaboration. Limited Input on Strategic Decisions: Employees may feel that their voices are not adequately considered in decisions that significantly impact team dynamics and job roles. Evolving Company Culture: As the organization grows and shifts direction, some employees may feel a loss of the close-knit, collaborative culture that initially drew them to the company. Unfinished Integration After Acquisitions: The company frequently acquires new businesses but struggles to fully integrate them before moving on to the next acquisition, creating inefficiencies and a lack of cohesion across teams. Growing Pains: The company’s rapid growth and expansion can feel disorganized, akin to "a giant baby stumbling around," which impacts both team alignment and operational consistency.
