This would be fine if they would eliminate inherant bias in scheduling and NOT endorse negative accrual especially when it come to taking advantage of if He benefits such as time off for CE and earned vacation. So much emphasis on production then penalized for taking time off that is part of your supposed benefits "Paid vaccation" is definitely misleading and unethical when negative accrual is enforsed.
