There is always someone available to ask for help if needed. If on site, living expense benefits are a big plus.

- Great place to learn and grow - Management is always available if you need help - After work events are always enjoyable and family-friendly

Cons

- Expect to work long hours, including weekends - Be prepared to get yelled at / called out for simple mistakes - Takes forever to receive a promotion. - Management seems aggressive - Nothing stays confidential concerning employees

Pros

You won't get experience quite like this elsewhere. Very much trial by fire, but if you come out on top it is acknowledged and rewarded.

Cons

Salary is low, hours are high, stress is high, the upper management is really high strung and explosive, but will have your back when it comes to the owner meetings.
