VEG's mission is to help people and their pets when they need it most, and provide the best possible experience for both the pet and the pet parent. Our CEO, after many years in the ER, noticed that keeping people and their pets together provided not only peace of mind to the pet parent but also helped the pet feel more comfortable while allowing the staff to connect with the family they were helping. That is how VEG was born, and what we are most proud of is that even in challenging times like this past year, we were still able to use technology and adapt our services. We didn't have to go back the traditional way of practicing emergency medicine. However, we do understand that not everyone will feel comfortable with or value the same things that we do, and that's totally ok.
