It has been a great experience to work at VEG so far, I am still in awe every time the upper management publicly appreciates an employee...which happens really often! Coming from a company with a completely different culture, where all that mattered was getting things done, I can see how this change actually makes me want to work harder... everyone enjoys being at work, and each others company.

Cons

Lots of work, but the reason why we do it makes it all worth it! ;)

The culture at this company can't be beat - emergency veterinary medicine is a very difficult job, but having a group that truly supports the work to be done makes me even excited to come in for shifts. I love being a veterinarian again!

Cons

It is quite the commute for me!
