Pros

-The group is like a family -Very supportive management and staff -Regular feedback from the medical director -Flexible schedule -12 shifts/month is full time -Large amount of control over the invoice and what you do and don't charge for -Clientele are often very nice -We allow owners to be present for the whole visit and watch procedures which adds value to their experience -You can write your records from home -Unlimited CE with large stipend for travel -You can nap during your shift! (sometimes) -Higher ups are very accessible and responsive to concerns

Cons

-14 hour overnight shifts (or longer with record writing) -When it gets busy we can be understaffed as only one doctor, one technician, and one assistant are in the hospital overnight (which can make something like a CPR code, surgery, or large number of inpatients difficult) -Many people have been hired for hospitals that are not open yet so they are working far away from home until the hospitals can open

Pros

Great company and vision, both cofounders do a great job.

Cons

The experience at headquarters largely depends on your direct manager. The culture tends to reward those with loud, extroverted personalities rather than those who deliver consistent results. Professionalism is inconsistently enforced—some employees display inappropriate behavior without consequences, and in some cases, are even rewarded. HR tends to focus on de-escalation rather than addressing the root causes of issues, which leads to ongoing morale problems. While the company promotes an inclusive culture, there is a noticeable lack of diversity within certain departments, both in appearance and thought. Gossip and disengagement are common, and high performers are often overlooked in favor of those who are simply more visible. Great brand and mission, but the peoples team management and accountability need serious improvement

Pros

The staff is really great.

Cons

Extremely toxic. Management doesn’t care about their staff. If you’re extremely sick they’ll guilt you about it until you feel awful. They don’t care about their staff’s well beings. If you get into a car accident or your partner is in the hospital, they don’t care and try to make you come in anyway. The management is super toxic and don’t care about anyone but themselves. The medical care for patients is also very sub par, they are lazy and would prefer to put a bandaid on the patient instead of treating it. Other hospitals in the area are shocked with the lack of proper medicine and patient care when they see the patients or get the records. They fired 3 great people that were good at their jobs in one week for no good reason, leaving their staff short handed.
