Pros

Money's not to bad but that's it.

Cons

Everything else to be honest. Horrendous management. It's slave labour working in Extrusion. 90% of the people who come to work here pass through within 3 months. There isn't many stay beyond that and those that do stay for long periods the majority of them have got busted marriages behind them, broken homes; bankruptcy etc. Many of the long serving staff have got psychiatric problems and mental disorders having endured years of misery, hardship and suffering. Working 12 hours shifts, day in day out and there's no break times or anything. Whenever you challenge the management about anything they just play devil's advocate all the time. A vastly overrated company in my honest opinion. Good luck to anyone that goes to work here, or is brave enough to even walk through the door!

Long hours

Pros

Very few good points except shifts are best of the continental systems with every other weekend off.

Cons

No set breaks if any often having to eat on the hoof. Staff turnover is massive new starters every week with not many staying. H&S very poor often working on poorly guarded machines.

Thank you for taking the time to add a review . We view all feedback constructively as an opportunity to improve. 2021 was a phenomenally busy year for us, which although great for the business, was certainly a challenge in terms of demand and staffing. A huge positive was how our teams all pulled together to work through this, so thank you. At all times, no matter how busy, H&S is always a priority as shown in our accident/incident stats. If there are any issues that you like to pick up further e.g. using the QR hazard reporting tools or managing the flexible break system, please just speak to your PUL/H&S team or a member of the HR team. Thank you again.

A Joke

Pros

All looks professional enough from the exterior. Provided Uniform, after a couple of weeks (None in stock at time). Accessible by public transport due to 7am or 7pm start.

Cons

Its so disorganised, nobody seems to know what they are doing. The shifts are long, pattern is no good for family people, involves every other weekend and the job is very hard at the moment as seems to be no workers?? Management need to be around more i think because it is a mess. No help is given when things are going wrong.
