I fully believe that I made the best career decision when signing on with this company. Though no company is inherently perfect, I feel as though Veka really strives for that level. Not only do I feel as though I am a part of an amazing team, I have unlimited possibilities to expand my knowledge. With every passing day I learn more, grow more, and assimilate to this new family. Everyone I have come in contact with, from the top of the chain to the bottom, has worked to help me transition and become a high functioning team member. I've found that education is as valued as I believe it should be. Which, when looking for a new company, was high on my priority list.

Since being at VEKA, I have found management to be very supportive in the growth and development of their employees. The benefits offered are very generous; best I've seen. It shows me that VEKA is interested in the health, well-being, and futures of their employees. It is refreshing to be a part of a company whose concern is not only for the good of the customer but also for the good of the employee.
