Not a single pro to list

Cons

Management is terrible, lies, and forgets to do their tasks. Then they ask you for the status of that tasks. They promise raises but don't follow through. Management lacks clear communication and transparency. Unaware how it has occurred, but management is dependent on subordinates for knowledge of how to complete tasks.

Pros

-Pay and benefits, field workers are Union and paid weekly, structured advancement based on knowledge of job, good hourly pay, employer paid healthcare and pension -Good work environment, great co-workers -Travel to many beautiful locations in the western US -Opportunities to advance within company

Cons

-Most of the field work is outdoors so we have to deal with the elements -Experiences with management can vary and they can be slow to make changes -Travel can get tiring
