Pros

Benefits are awesome. Pay is okay if you're starting out in the professional world. Free gym is nice too.

Cons

Hours are not very family oriented (hired for 10-7 Mon-Friday) ended up working Saturdays as well. Do not have enough employees to efficiently get work done in the department I worked with.

It is a goal based environment. Rewarded for hard work with bonuses and catering. Management listens and implements helpful suggestions.

Cons

If you’re coming in as a part time employee it may be quite some time before a full time position is open.
