VGM is a great company that I have began my professional career at. There is a great sense of community and opportunity and even with over 800 employees, you still feel as if you know everyone. Upper management is fantastic, and offers industry wide expertise that has made VGM an extremely fantastic company.

Cons

I don't feel as if they pay competitively initially, I felt that my skills were not initially valued properly, but the growth opportunity are fantastic.
