Good benefits, advancement for some positions. Nice people.

Cons

Middling pay, micromanaging of hours, managers in need of management training. Anonymous surveys not so anonymous when your manager forces you into revealing responses. Too many hats worn by too few people to save money.

Pros

This company has good benefits and great ESOP plan. The home office appears to have lots of perks such as reduced gym membership and team building.

Cons

Outside of home office, the perks are greatly reduced. The employee supervision needs to be revamped. Lots of micro-management and unfair practices exist.
