There are NO Cons except what is mentioned above. The company does not pay the providers as they should, so they call and call and call screaming at you because of the incompetence and total lack of regard for them, VGM is all about stalling not working with or for the patients or providers ONLY for the Insurance companies which is just criminal and disgusting but it all falls on the call center who are the only people that they have talk to anyone one calling in.
