In my 6 yrs with this organization, I felt appreciated and valued. The training I received was excellent and the management team was very supportive.

As with all organizations, they need more nurses and CNA's

Gratification from working with end of life patients.

Cons

Expectations by supervisors to work many extra hours off the clock in order to complete duties. This is considered SOP, and nothing is done to compensate those on straight salary for extra hours.
