Pros

it is turning around quickly trying to implement an agile work model in all departments. Management is really backing this up so I think it will make a difference.

Cons

still many old legacy products around making day to day work much more complex and difficult. Hope they focus more and more on the new stuff.

Pros

Technically, work is interesting but innovation and research for new products is not really the priority of the company.

Cons

Motivation is very low: no long term investment or even strategy but all is focused on short-term gain. Outsourcing and lack of freedom from corporate is a real problem.

Great products and services. When JDSU acquired Acterna, they got the Wandel & Goltermann products and employees -- some of the best in the world.

Cons

Too many management changes hurt stability and customer confidence, as well as employee morale. And what's with that new name, "Viavi"??
