Pros

Good work environment, friendly people, good money. Don't need to clock in. Snacks and fruits everyday. Huge responsibility to educate children, feels rich.

Cons

Apartments around company are expensive, need to live in 3 kilometers to get the house subsidy. Bad elevator system.
