Contract teacher for about 8 months

Pros

-great compensation -set your own hours -work from home -set curriculum -build connections -opportunity to win trips to China or other monetary gifts or incentives -great CEO

Cons

-hard to get a raise -new teachers often have a hard time getting booked at first -not paid for prep or feedback time -parents negative reviews or lack of a review affect your pay raise -very strict cancellation policy, but has gotten a bit better
