Pros

Simple work, easy hiring process

Cons

Both myself as a Black woman and a White colleague did the demo lesson at the same time. She used my background and my computer. When we received the feedback her starting rate was hire even though I have more experience and spent my entire career teaching young learners. Unfair and illegal

Slow and first and slow later but flexible

Pros

Pick your own hours. Quick responses when you open a ticket and have a question.

Cons

Very strict with all their policies. You're teaching children in china so the time difference from the states means you either teach very early or evenings.

Kids and parents are great, curriculum is easy to follow, hours are perfect

Cons

You don't always have access to what was taught before you if other teachers don't leave a message.
