Pros

Viseo provides a great working environment with open-minded multicultural teams. The company has a strong culture, the leadership is accessible and close to its employees. There is an excellent work-life balance in this company.

Cons

There is no clear career path management and it is somewhat difficult to change roles within the company. Managers could focus more on developing their teams, on top of managing their workload.

Good managers, interesting projects

Pros

- Most managers are trying their best at empowering their staffs - Company is not too big, and if you are not at client site, you can discuss with the top management on a daily basis. - Company was strong and reacted well during the peak covid period

Cons

- Some projects are less interesting than others and you cannot choose your project (but that is the case of all consultancy companies anyway)
