People in the company are very horrible, They treat you like slaves. and they do not have humanity 3 years bond Too many rats in the company There is no growth if you join this company they will ask you to work on even on weekend They don’t give hike

1) First of all this company has 3 years of bond 2) Your increment is based upon the manager, even if you worked for 16 hours they will not consider you. 3) micro management culture in this company 4) During pendamics they deduct 25℅ salary from each employees, if we want to save that money we need to come office during pendamics. 5) No salary increment for 2 year in the name of pendamics. 6) No cafeteria, no additional perks 7) They will not give back the marksheet untill bond period is finished 8) They used to call on Saturday as well for work and they will not Compentiate either.
