Got a chance to work as a full stack developer in .net as well as automation and really happy the way managers are helping and guiding. Good work life balance. I have been here for more than 2 years but the amount of exposure I got is lot better than my friends in other big organization.

Cons

Not really any, but If we could have a cafetaria space for having coffee and lunch would be good.
