You can learn work - But one will get too much micro management and pressure from managers

- Salary was fine for some people - Few projects are good

Cons

- Too much micro management - I saw one team people working upto 1 AM straight from morning 9 AM which is often. - No proper cafeteria - High in politics. - Often Managers commit to impossible deadlines and ask team to work too much overtime - one in them is without getting leaves working upto 12:30AM

1.Will make work on weekend without comp off 2. Three years bond for fresher ., in that three years you will receive your first hike after 2 years as the on board only after April so for the next April you will be one or two months short of one year so you will be not eligible for appraisal. 3. Hike also will be very minimal for the work you do 4.Wont respect your personal time
