Pros

They have a very nice work environment and in the prime working location in the city. Always get new opportunities to learn and work on new tools and technologies. Their managers are really helpful and flexible. Excellent work place for girls as they are always asked not to stay beyond 8:30pm even during the critical releases. Overall you get a safe and secure Job at VIT.

Cons

Not really any. They don't have a lavish cafeteria, but there are bunch of restaurants pretty close by.
