> If you are hard worker and willing to learn tech stack then its the right place to shape your career > They are into both Service and Product > Better hike to the right candidate (some times partiality by Manager based on language Priority for Tamil people )

Cons

> Biased hikes and rating does't make sense here its all depend on your Language, if your manger is Tamil guy and you are also Tamil then you will get good hike. >Heavy politics > No canteen, no entertainment

no pros. only they harass employees

Cons

they hire freshers, college students. sign bond 3 years. in between, if you want to leave a company they file a court case ( suit ) ( If you want to pay bond amount then also they file) with the higher amount, take your original document and never return. and also to harass employees they put zero amount in there pf account it lead validation failed in next company
