You do not have to use your brain but just follow and keep following all the time. If you like following please join this firm.

Cons

It is a monopoly here. Nobody speaks against the management and the management are all relatives that you will feel like you are in somebody's family businees. Evrything is ruled and mind games are by CEO who is totally ridiculous. You have to be their slave and can expect decent treatment. Company is still traped in age old metholodology. You cannot cope with modern work culture if you are here.
