If you are lucky you may get good project. You should be very very lucky.

Cons

Family run business, management has no ethics. Not employee friendly. No employee benefits. Bonded labor- 3 years service agreement. Used to keep original documents to blackmail employees. Company won’t respond for background verification once you leave the company.
