Worst Experience(need huge patience to survive)

Pros

1.Salary on time 2.Leaves 3.Good hike 4. Colleagues are very good(BTW they are also frustrated)

Cons

There are loads of cons(all about pune development center)... 1.3 Years bond with new policy 1 lakh rupees deposit also. 2.Management will treat you as slave. 3.If you went against management or tried to suggest some changes,they will take revenge some day but definitely. 4.Actually VIT is 20 years old company with no progress and reputation. 5.You have to stay late night for long periods. 6.VIT will treat you as enemy once you resigns. 7.Management staff @ its worst level. 8.Your growth is only in your hand. 9.Please think 3000 times before join VIT,hopefully I am saying, you will get great opportunity outside. 10.Dictator type management

For fresher carrier this wrong company .They destroy carrier of 2-3 people every year.

Pros

The CEO is took a advantage from innocent student ,which have no experience in IT.Company is not give clearance if a little misunderstanding is happen. They are not give hike they put you on proivsion period of 3 year.Please Believe on my Word, i am social worker

Cons

This company is performing fraud operations when they hire freshers. They will take 1 lakh rupees from freshers and also freshers have to submit their original Mark sheets of 10th, 12th and Graduation. Since the students have pressure for getting the job at any cost, so somehow freshers arrange the demanded money. They are doing commitment with the freshers that they will provide development opportunity and good working environment. So freshers fall into this trip. After taking the money from the fresher they force him/her to sign a three year bond now by this time employee has no other option since already he has given a huge amount of money. The company knows that once the Bond is signed the fresher can't leave the job due to agreement. This company doesn't hire experience people because company can't afford them but this company try to make agreement with experience people .

Pros

If you're lucky you will get some good projects to work on or if you're unlucky than get ready to stay late night for long periods. No pros when compared to other small level companies

Cons

Project managers are just for sake of their names. They don't have any experience or knowledge of the projects which they are handling. No time management, they think employees are slaves. Late night work and guess what with no extra bonus or salary for that extra efforts.
