Great benefits, not the best work life balance

Pros

Benefits were generous. Owners actually care about their employees. Small business environment. Clean office and warehouse environment. People here are generally happy and rarely leave (thanks to the great benefits). Employee discount program. A pretty stacked gym that was convenient to use. Lots of catered lunches. Endless supply of coffee.

Cons

Be prepared to work all throughout holiday season. They’re a lean operation, which means all hands are on deck during Nov-Dec. Don’t bother asking for those days off, plan to be in the office or warehouse extra early and extra late. No real track for development since they’re a super small company - the knowledge you bring is going to be the same knowledge you leave with. As another said, expect to juggle multiple jobs here.
