      Cheap Politics by HR head and Global Manager

      Nothing . Buttering your Manager then you will survive in the organization . otherwise they put you on Bench and pressure to leave from the organization .

      Cons

      1. First they Hire you and then take billing from Client . After some months then do not tell any thing any and put you on Bench . 2. Pressure to leave from the organization by Manager and HR Head. 3. HR heads and Manager play safely and blame each and every thing. 4. They are not giving Full and Final amounts also.

      1. Red Tapeism - Lala Cutlure 2. No Salary Benchmarking - A junior might on higher salary then his own Manager 3. Quick Hire, Quick Fire. Once the project ends, Team is fired 4. Management doesnt value Politics over Talent, thats why average stay of an employee is just 6-8 months
