      Pros

      Salary is paid on time, Good health insurance and other benefits. Amazing in-house counsel who is accessible. The CEO is open to feedback and constructive criticism.

      Pros

      I had recommended a friend and he showed me a recent review that was posted on line. This seems to be complete wrong and mis-characterization of the company, ceo and their practices. I am on H-1B and I wouldn't change this company for that reason alone. They provide excellent service and the salary is comparable to the market. They also, go above and beyond to ensure employee status and well being. Have excellent benefit package, 401k and also life insurance for no cost to us.

      Cons

      They can be aggressive and expand. They have a good squad of employees and can capture major markets in the east-coast.

      IT cannot be better

      Pros

      There are companies and then there is VLink. I dont think anybody can get a platform like I got at VLink. I worked there for 6 years and every year was a step toward growth and learning. The management is more like a family to you, if you need any kind of help, they are the 1st ones to step and make you feel your own. I got so many opportunities to grow myself with training modules and mentoring from senior employees in the company. Annual parties at VLink are a ball and also mid year picnics refresh your rest of the year.

      Cons

      No cons in the company, they help you grow and we help the company grow. Its a 2 way street.
