      Pros

      VLink's cohesion among departments is commendable. The leadership and management are easily approachable and readily available to provide support. The organization promotes and acknowledges learning and growth. Flexible working hours, work-from-home facility. Very employee-centric, provision of many certification and automation tools for personal growth and ease of work. Platforms for internal collaborations and sharing learnings. All operations (salary, tax and audit, appraisal processing, etc.) streamlined and automated and hence never delayed.

      Cons

      I have not faced any downsides as of now.
