      Pros

      I was with VLink for 3 years . One of best firm to work in connecticut area. I still admire Sharad not only as Leader but also as Person. With full transparency He delivers what he committed otherwise he dont say. Best firm for H1-B folks . If you keep your client happy with deliverables then they will go beyond policy to save you from challenges. I always trusted Vanitha's (Legal) due diligence for Visa filing and never had problem for same. As part of VLink's Solution team ,I got chance to work with great & knowledgeable colleagues such as Nitin,Jaspreet. Sandeep was my hiring manager and he always made sure I got whatever I aspire for. Always Had best repo with inhouse employee as well and they are truly professional and friendly.

      Pros

      I had recommended a friend and he showed me a recent review that was posted on line. This seems to be complete wrong and mis-characterization of the company, ceo and their practices. I am on H-1B and I wouldn't change this company for that reason alone. They provide excellent service and the salary is comparable to the market. They also, go above and beyond to ensure employee status and well being. Have excellent benefit package, 401k and also life insurance for no cost to us.

      Cons

      They can be aggressive and expand. They have a good squad of employees and can capture major markets in the east-coast.

      There is no pros to work here.

      Cons

      I dont have words to describe about this company. If you are on h1b or something just forget about it. They will take advantage of you. They will never give hike . You just have to keep begging them. There CEO sharad is the wortest person. They will blackmail and screw your career.
