      Pros

      VLink is one of the fastest growing companies with all possible and positive ingredients of an ideal company to work with. I am highly optimistic of its phenomenal, vertical and horizontal growth, in near future. Wishing them success in all they do.

      Cons

      Every organization has pros and cons associated with it. VLink is not an exception to it. But they manage to overcome any negativity within no time. Their fire fighting spirit is tremendous.

      Pros

      Good Management. Helpful peers and nice working environment. Flexible work timings. Celebrate quarterly party and festivals. Challenging and very motivating work environment.

      Cons

      Need to focus a little more on Infrastructure. Although it is good but needs improvement.
