      Better than others out in Market

      Pros

      Good benefits, decent marketing team, pay on time, management cares for employees. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Have a strong presence on the east coast but can definitely expand into West Coast

      Pros

      -Not in this lifetime or any parallel universe.

      Cons

      -Weak Leadership : This whole company is basically run by few people, if you screw up with them, you cannot survive here. They will make your life hell. You have to put your life morals, self respect and values at stake , if you wanna be in this company. -Con Artists: Specially Managers, HR/ Recruiter and Administrative people. All the positive reviews are from them on glassdoor. It's just a honey trap. They say Vlink has no cons(laughing at this).
