      You have to give an interview again and again to get a good project or you will get a project which has less time for delivery

      Pros

      Professional organization. Companionate people, strive hard to find projects and has excellent benefits. Flexible work work options for inhouse employees. This is a welcome change for me as I had go to office 5 days a week even during COVID.

      Cons

      In office work is by rotation which does not make sense. Hopefully that will change soon.
