Pros

Healthy support structure for personal and technical issues. Very responsive logistics and HR staff that typically resolve questions or issues within hours.Very reasonable health care and related. Very competitive pay. Food is often served for local vendors and the kitchens are stocked with snacks and drinks.

Cons

The pace if very fast and learning the products and all related subjects needed to do your day to day job is like drinking from a fire hose.

- Certain office locations are better to work at than others

Pros

Great career opportunities if you work hard and push your profile. Company and Tech Supp growing fast. Plenty of training available and some opportunity to travel. Great benefits (paid VHI, life assurance & holidays with excellent employer pension contribution, etc..)

Cons

Has become very transactional and is now a call center where the issues we see are getting more and more technical. Workload is high and the office can be very stressful at times. Working late is often required just to stay on top of things.
