Incredible work-life balance, very caring coworkers who are helping each other to become better, very beautiful office and very $$ chairs and desk that are comfortable. I am excited to go to work every day and it is not even exaggerating.

Cons

Hard to find one, maybe i wish there is free lunch every day.
