Pros

tons of smart people, amazing customers, excellent position for growth, to a large extent a merit-oriented corporate culture

Cons

Sometimes length of service at the company trumps reason; HR org seems confusing - payroll and comp review stretches out longer and longer each year - towards 6 months after the review period. High level eng talent attrition has not been replaced with similar talent. Too much "not invented here" among eng org.
