      Aggressive work culture in some departments

      Pros

      1. Perks & Benefits are nice ex: provisioning extra hardware (monitors etc) for wfh. 2. Office Buildings are nice but this doesn't matter because of covid now.

      Cons

      1. Work env became aggressive esp in IT departments because of aggressive timelines and expectations. "Expectations are a thief of Joy" 2. Even though you work hard and be efficient, do not expect much of a compensation increase. (this is common in most of the companies in India) 3. Went without any bonus/appraisals for the whole 2020-21 FY , excuse was COVID.

      Pros

      I didn't find any. Apart from sleeping during hours.

      Cons

      No learning. No growth. Work under people who has zero knowledge and just knows how to redirect their work to your plate. Undeserving candidates gets shortlisted because of connections.
