      Excellent colleagues, great work life balance, very generous company. It's nice to be able to say "I work for a genuinely good company that wants to do good in this world"

      Cons

      Leadership has made catastrophic business choices and complicated our license structure to the degree that broadcom saw that they could purchase the company and make a huge profit by streamlineing the company.
