Pros

Great base pay and an amazing bonus -- which usually pays over the expected percentage. The benefits are amazing as well between the PTO, Sick Time, Ma/Paternity leave, TAB days (if you know, you know), Wellbeing Allowance, Equity sharing, and annual pay increases. These are a few of the bigger ones. Work life balance couldn't be better as 100% remote is also an option. The actual work never seems to stop either plus with tech changing so much, there's always challenging and meaningful work to do.

Cons

Constant restructuring causes some panic among engineers and managers. There's always an uneasy feeling about longevity.
