Pros
Perks were wide and varied though they will be revoked post the Broadcom complete take over.
Cons
Teams (Esp sales) are only there in the interests of themselves and are not really three to provide the customer with the best possible outcome. Personal wellbeing of their employees is also of less importance than profits. Trying to pretend to be an System Integrator without wanting to actually be one. Personnel at nearly all levels, possess little understanding of what IT architecture really is.
