-Salary , 30 % Better than market standards -RSU , all R & D Employees do get awarded stock options -Pantry is good -Cool employee centric org

Cons

-work not good in all teams -Bangalore office is treated as slaves from US and Sofia offices.

Cons

1. You will not be growing technically which is not good in long term. 2. Managers are immature and don't know how to handle team. 3. You will raise the ladder if you know how to do buttering.
