They are cutting down the benefits drastically, the manager is toxic and promotes toxic work culture, no channel for the employee to voice his concerns, and internal movement is as good as applying from another company, you have to go through the same process, they lied on the JD and interviews, hardly any good tech stack projects, all old tech stack not good for SDE's, Bad seniors, no employee engagement or fun activities. Understaffed. No product vision. Collaboration is zero. It's a dull and sad and boring place. And even the bonus is not paid in full. Just a big brand name, very disappointed I don't know why it has such high reviews.
